1. Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, with all labels and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to start a return:
Email us at info@yoti.nl with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your request.
We’ll send you the return instructions (and a shipping label if applicable).
Please note: items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Custom or personalized products (e.g. made-to-order items)

Opened or used products that can’t be resold, such as burned candles or opened reed diffusers

Gift cards or digital products

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
To exercise this right:
Email us at info@yoti.nl within 14 days stating you wish to cancel your order.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by us (we’ll send you a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs).

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, scent preference), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please make sure your return is securely packaged and keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
