Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently ship only within the Netherlands.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or busy periods.


3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link to follow your delivery.


4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yoticandles@gmail.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the issue.
We’ll make sure to sort it out as quickly as possible.


5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We can’t be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error right after ordering, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update your address before shipping.
